Dr. Philip Lundeberg Interview
The following is from the International Journal of Naval History. Its a document written by Dr. Philip Lundeberg called "The Treatment of Survivors and Prisoners of War, at Sea and Ashore". It tells of the treatment of the captain and crew from the German sub U-536 that survived its sinking.

Mr. Lundeberg, a survivor from the USS Frederick Davis, was interviewed by Pamela Henson, a historian at the Smithsonian Institution Archives. A portion of that interview is attached below.
